HUBBARD — If anyone catches the Tigers, they’ll have to run hard.
Second-ranked and defending state champion Bremond (3-0) trampled Hubbard for 401 rushing yards in another in a series of convincing wins. Three Bremond runners topped 100 yards rushing, led by Roshauud Paul (152 yards, 3 TDs). He was helped along by Josh Anderson (123 yards, 2 TDs) and Kaidyn Peralez (121 yards, 2 TDs).
Paul showed off his arm when needed, hitting 19-of-27 for 251 yards and a 19-yard scoring toss to RayAndre Browning.
Hubbard (1-2) managed just eight first downs, and didn’t crack the end zone until Demarcus McQuarter plowed in from 2 yard out with 3:55 to go.
