MADISON, Wis. — The Baylor women’s cross country team finished 23rd in a field of 33 teams at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational on Friday at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course.
The Bears were led by Lindsey Bradley’s 13th-place effort, with a personal-best time of 20:04.04. Sophomore Anna West also tallied a top-50 finish for Baylor, coming in 45th with a time of 20:36.2.
New Mexico won the meet, putting three runners in the top seven.
The Baylor men’s cross country team will be in action Saturday at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Louisville, Ky. The women, following Friday’s meet, will next run at the Big 12 meet in two weeks.
