Saturday...

.Tropical Storm Barry continues to move slowly westward over the

north-central Gulf of Mexico and is expected to continue

strengthening into Saturday. Barry has the potential to become a

hurricane by late Friday or early Saturday before landfall. The

slow westward motion is expected overnight, followed by a gradual

turn to a northwestward motion prior to landfall on Saturday.
