NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, August 28, 2018, the Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas, and on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas, to all parties interested and to all parties concerned, said hearings to be as follows: A Public Hearing will be held to receive comments concerning the following subdivision plat requests: 1. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 28-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Waco for the purpose of adding a new definition for Live/Work Units, determining the zoning districts in which Live/Work Units will be permitted and parking requirements for Live/Work Units.
