NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING and/or ACTION The McLennan County Commissioners' Court will conduct a public hearing to consider a plan for the District Clerk's Document Preservation and Digitization Plan under §51.305 of the Government Code, to fund the preservation and restoration of the District Clerk's court records. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 9:00AM in the Commissioners Courtroom, 1st Floor, West Wing, McLennan County Courthouse, City of Waco, Texas, Upon conclusion of the public hearing, the Court will take action regarding adoption of the District Clerk's Document Preservation and Digitization Plan.
