NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, the Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas, and on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, the City Council will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. in the Waco Convention Center, Bosque Theatre, 100 Washington Avenue, Waco, Texas, to all parties interested and to all parties concerned, said hearings to be as follows: A Public Hearing will be held to receive comments concerning the following subdivision plat requests: 1. Preliminary Plat of the Spring Creek Addition - ETJ 2. Final Plat of the Pierce Addition, Lots 4 & 5, Block 1 - ETJ One request for a special permit for Self Storage Warehouses in a C-2 District on property described as Lot 2, Block 13, Sendero Springs Phase Three Addition, known as 2301 Tuscany Drive. One request for a special permit for a Wireless Communication System in a C-2 District on property described as Lot A1, Block 1, Safeway Addition, known as 1014 E. Waco Drive (listed in MCAD as 1012 E. WACO DR REAR). One request for renewal of a special permit for a Bed and Breakfast Homestay Establishment in an R-1A District on property described as 1.702 Acres out of the Stephens J M Addition, known as 700 Cedar Crest Drive. One request for a special permit for a Short Term Rental Type II in an R-1B District on property described as Lot 13, Block 64, Dean Addition, known as 2917 Mitchell Avenue. One request to change the land use designation from Urban Residential to Medium Density Residential Office Flex and to rezone from R-1B Single Family Residential to R-3B Multiple Family Residential on property described as 26.1 Acres out of land out of the James M. Conrad Survey, Abstract Number 224, located behind 9701 Chapel Road. One request to change the land use designation from Suburban Residential to Mixed Use Flex and to rezone from M-2 Light Industrial to O-3 Office-Limited Commercial on property described as 8.01 Acres out of the Tomas de la Vega Grant, Abstract Number 43, known as 1025 East Loop 340. One request for Approval of an amendment to a Final PUD Plan to allow Short Term Rental Type III on property described as Lot 52, Block F, John Morrow Addition, PUD, known as 400 Bosque Boulevard.
