NOTICE OF CONSTABLE'S SALE THE STATE OF TEXAS, COUNTY OF McLENNAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution issued out of the Honorable 170th Judicial District Court of McLennan County, 26th day of September 2019, by District Clerk of said Court for the sum of $13396.55 with interest at the rate of 14% Per annum From September 26, 2019, plus Attorney Fees of $1398.72, with interest at the rate of 14% from September 26, 2019 Dollars and cost of suit, under a Writ Order of Sale, in favor of Ovation Services, LLC in a certain cause in said Court, No. 2018-237-4 and styled Ovation Services, LLC vs. Jose Rodriguez, Victor Carranza and Alfredo A. Carranza, placed in my hands for service, I, Freddie Cantu as Constable of Precinct 5, McLennan County, Texas, did, on the 6th day of November 2019, levy upon certain Real Estate, situated in McLennan County, Texas, described as follows, to wit: WEST END BLOCK F LOT B ACRES .1894; More commonly Known as 920 N. 29th ST., Waco, Texas 76707 and levied upon as the property of Jose Rodriguez, Victor Carranza and Alfredo A. Carranza and that on the first Tuesday in March 2020, the same being the 3rd day of said month, at the Court House door, of McLennan County, in the City of Waco Texas, between the hours of 10 a. m. and 4 p. m., by virtue of said levy and said Writ of Execution, Order of Sale. I will offer for sale and sell at public venue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, and interest of the said Jose Rodriguez, Victor Carranza and Alfredo A. Carranza in and to said property. And in compliance with law, I give this notice by publication, in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately preceding said day of sale, in the Waco Tribune-Herald, a newspaper published in McLennan County.
