Fourth on the Brazos
The City of Waco and H-E-B will present Fourth on the Brazos featuring the Waco Community Band and a spectacular fireworks show from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at Indian Spring Park. The musical line-up includes The Fab 5, T-Bird and the Breaks, and Sloppy Joe. The annual patriotic celebration attracts more than 15,000 people to Downtown Waco for the free event. 12th Annual Greater Bohemian Golf Tournament
This four-person scramble, starting at 8 a.m., has fun events such as driving from a toilet and putting with a pool cue. Prizes for hole-in-one, closest to the pin, and longest drive and best “Bohemian Golf Attire.” Breakfast and lunch are included. Proceeds support Caritas’ programs for people in need.
