Fourth on the Brazos

The City of Waco and H-E-B will present Fourth on the Brazos featuring the Waco Community Band and a spectacular fireworks show from 6 to 10:30 p.m. at Indian Spring Park. The musical line-up includes The Fab 5, T-Bird and the Breaks, and Sloppy Joe. The annual patriotic celebration attracts more than 15,000 people to Downtown Waco for the free event. Breakfast at Wimbledon

The Waco Regional Fitness and Tennis Center at 900 Lakeshore Drive will host Breakfast at Wimbledon at 8 a.m. Tickets are $20 for non members and $15 for members of the Texas Tennis Museum and Hall of Fame. Post Mark Collectors Club Convention

The Post Mark Collectors Club will host its annual convention at the Clarion Hotel at 801 S. Fourth St., featuring a U.S. postal station with a special cancellation, sales of postmarks and stamps, exhibitions of postal material. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. July 22-24 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 25. Some events and activities are members-only, but visitors are welcome. 12th Annual Greater Bohemian Golf Tournament

This four-person scramble, starting at 8 a.m., has fun events such as driving from a toilet and putting with a pool cue. Prizes for hole-in-one, closest to the pin, and longest drive and best “Bohemian Golf Attire.”  Breakfast and lunch are included. Proceeds support Caritas’ programs for people in need. Fees are $240 for a team of four; a limited number of “gold” teams are available for $500.
