Snow alters local college, high school sports schedules
Tuesday’s winter weather forced several changes to the local sports schedule:
* All of Tuesday’s scheduled high school basketball playoff games were moved to today, mostly at the same sites and times. Click here to see the full schedule.
* Baylor has postponed today’s baseball game against No. 11 TCU. The new date for the game has not been set. Tickets for today’s game can be used for the rescheduled game.
* The McLennan Community College baseball game against Brookhaven College scheduled for 1 p.m. today at Bosque River Ballpark has been moved to 2 p.m. today at Brookhaven in Dallas.
* The MCC softball doubleheader today against Bossier Parrish in Tyler has been canceled.
* The Wrangler Invitational that the MCC men’s golf team was scheduled to play in this week in Aledo has been moved to next week.
* The Baylor softball team rescheduled Tuesday’s doubleheader vs. Houston for 5 p.m. May 8.
