Former Waco High star faces legal troubles

Oklahoma State defensive back Victor Johnson, a former Waco High standout, appeared in court Monday in Stillwater, Okla., and pleaded not guilty to a DUI charge from an arrest June 11.

The junior safety was arrested again July 24 for obstructing police from searching his residence. Officers reportedly found marijuana during the search.

At Big 12 media days Tuesday, OSU coach Mike Gundy said that he would likely make a decision about Johnson’s status with the team later this week.
