Senior guard Umoja Gibson ripped the nets for a game-best 31 points, and the Trojans kept up their unbeaten string in District 18-5A play.

Antoine Hailey added 15 points for high-scoring University (25-8, 11-0), and Jibrael Washington and Justin Williams had 10 apiece.

Crawford 47, Rosebud-Lott 36

The Pirates wrapped up the district championship in 17-2A and will be the league’s No. 1 seed in the playoffs after holding off the Cougars.

Well-rounded Crawford (8-1 in district) put three players in double-digit scoring, as Jeff Ward and Cade Johnston scored 11 points apiece and Charlie Adamick had 10.

Jeremy Truesdale and JaQuarion Johnson scored nine points apiece for Rosebud-Lott (7-2 in district).
