FORT MADISON, Iowa — Waco pro fisherman Alton Jones slipped back to ninth Sunday on the final day of the River Rumble on the Mississippi River.
Jones hauled in one fish Sunday, weighing 1 pound, 15 ounces, giving him a four-day total of 33-8. He came into the day in fifth place.
Kevin Short won the Bassmaster Elite Series event with a total of 43-3.
Commenting is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F, except on Tuesday when it's open until 9 p.m.
