The McLennan Community College men’s basketball team picked up a big road win Monday night, taking a 77-75 decision over Temple.
The Highlanders (20-7, 7-4 NTJCAC) led by as many as 14 in the second half before Temple tied the game at 75 with 55 seconds left. Jordan Glynn, a La Vega product, scored on a putback with 4.9 seconds left, and a Temple turnover sealed the win for MCC.
Glynn led the Highlanders with 18 points, while Flavio Milam added 14. Walt Harris chipped in with 10.
