Fort Bend Hightower defensive end Micheal Johnson verbally committed to Baylor on Tuesday night, giving the Bears their second pledge in two days.
The 6-4, 250-pound Johnson follows Sachse defensive back-wide receiver Donovan Duvernay who committed on Monday night. The Bears now have 15 commitments in their 2016 class.
The 6-4, 250-pound Johnson, a three-star recruit by Rivals.com, originally committed to Houston but opened up his recruitment last spring. He has also been recruited by schools like Texas Tech, Boise State and Washington.
As a junior last season, Johnson finished with 50 tackles including 17 for loss and 9½ sacks.
