Offensive lineman Dominic Desouza of City College of San Francisco made a verbal commitment to Baylor on Monday.
The 6-8, 300-pound sophomore is expected to sign with Baylor in December and enroll for the spring semester in January.
Desouza, a three-star recruit by Rivals.com, chose Baylor over TCU, Oklahoma State, Oregon State and Arizona State. He attended Terra Nova High School in Pacifica, Calif., before playing at City College of San Francisco.
Desouza is the 13th commitment in Baylor’s 2015 class. He is expected to be joined by Temple quarterback Chad President, Gilmer receiver Blake Lynch and Navarro College offensive lineman Maurice Porter as Baylor spring semester enrollees.
