Baylor received a pair of verbal commitments in the 2018 class after the Bears' on-campus junior day Saturday.

Cedar Hill High School receiver Josh Fleeks picked Baylor over schools like Tennessee, Texas Tech and Iowa State. He caught 53 passes for 663 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior last season.

Fleeks, a four-star recruit, was coached by Joey McGuire, who is now Baylor's tight ends coach.

Jackson Kimble, a 6-5, 260-pound three-star recruit from Southlake Carroll, also committed to Baylor.
