Baylor women’s tennis will host Incarnate Word and Michigan for a doubleheader at Hurd Tennis Center on Friday. The Bears will start the day off against the Cardinals at 10 a.m. before taking on the Wolverines at 5 p.m.
Baylor has won three straight coming into Friday’s doubleahder.
“We need to start the day by giving our best against Incarnate Word and maintain our focus for a tough Michigan opponent,” said head coach Joey Scrivano in a statement. “This doubleheader is another great opportunity for our team to improve, especially in the area of mental toughness. I’ve seen some amazing growth with this team and it’s so much fun to be a part of it.”
Incarnate Word enters the doubleheader with a 1-8 record this season, while 37th-ranked Michigan is 4-6 this year.
