Kansas State sweeps Baylor volleyball

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State evened the score on the Baylor volleyball team Wednesday with a 25-17, 25-17, 25-17 win, paying the Bears back for an earlier loss in Waco.

Courtney Traxson and Taylor Johnson had eight kills apiece for Kansas State (17-9, 5-8), who hit .274 while limiting the Bears to an .074 percentage.

Adrien Richburg was a bright spot in defeat for the Bears (12-18, 4-10), smashing a match-high nine kills and adding four block assists. Freshman Morgan Reed delivered 23 assists.

Baylor will close out its home season Saturday at noon against West Virginia.
