PULLMAN, Wash. — The Baylor volleyball team just keeps bouncing along.

Baylor won its fourth straight match on Friday, as three players cranked out double-digit kill efforts in a 25-11, 25-16, 26-24 victory over Quinnipiac at the Cougar Classic on the campus of Washington State.

The Bears (4-1) were especially efficient, pounding away for a .467 hitting percentage. Katie Staiger topped the team with 13 kills, while Aniah Philo added 12 and Shelly Fanning had 10 in just 14 swings for a .714 percentage.

Baylor has won four in a row since a season-opening loss to No. 15 Florida State. That includes a five-set thriller over Washington State late Thursday night in the opener of the Cougar Classic. Fanning and Staiger blasted 17 kills apiece in that one.

The Bears will close out the tournament at noon Central Saturday against College of Charleston.
