FORT WORTH – Baylor soccer did not close out the regular season the way it wanted.

TCU’s Tijana Djuricek scored on a penalty kick in the 99th minute, lifting the Frogs to a 2-1 overtime win over Baylor on Friday night. It marked the second straight OT loss for Baylor (10-5-2, 4-4-1), which lost to Texas, 1-0, a week ago.

BU struck first in scoring, breaking through in the second period. In the 57th minute, Aline De Lima passed up to Raegan Padgett, leading her through the backline and up the right side of the penalty box, and Padgett broke the scoreless tie by punching it into the net.

But TCU rallied, as Emma Heckendorn scored the equalizer 12 minutes later.

Baylor will next play Texas at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City.
