Baylor soccer player Julie James has been named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I women’s scholar All-America second team.

James, a junior, is the second Baylor soccer player to receive the honor, joining Dana Larsen who was picked as a scholar All-American in 2012.

James is a business major with a 3.82 grade point average. The midfielder was named to the all-Big 12 first team and was a United Soccer Coaches second-team all-region choice.
