GREENSBORO, Ga. – The fourth-ranked Baylor men’s golf team picked up its third win in its last four events, rolling to the title at the Linger Longer Invitational on Tuesday.

Baylor won by a 15-stroke margin over eighth-ranked and second-place Virginia. The Bears carded rounds of 274, 276 and 281 for an 831 total, which was 33 strokes under par.

Baylor carded a tournament-best four eagles and 70 birdies over the course of three rounds at the Great Waters Golf Course.

Four Baylor players finished in the top 10, led by Matthew Perrine, who shot 67-69-69 for a 205 total, good enough for second place behind champion Greyson Sigg of Georgia (67-65-68-200). Baylor’s Braden Bailey finished in a tie for third (67-69-70-206), Cooper Dossey tied for eighth (69-69-72-210) and Garrett May came in a tie for 10th (71-69-71-211).
