Top-ranked Baylor continued its dominance through the sport of acrobatics and tumbling, generating a 284.835-266.410 win over No. 7 Fairmont State on Monday night at the Ferrell Center.
The Bears (6-0) have won 14 in a row dating back to last season.
Baylor was on point with its routines throughout the match, picking up several scores of 9.90 and 9.95. It swept all six events, closing with 101.01 points to Fairmont State’s 92.86 in the team event.
It was the first loss for the visiting Falcons (3-1).
Baylor will next face Azusa Pacific in its home finale on March 24, before closing the regular season April 8 at No. 2 Oregon.
