SPARTANBURG, S.C. — The top-ranked Baylor acrobatics and tumbling team rolled to its 13th straight win, defeating No. 10 Converse, 280.125-266.555, on Wednesday night at Hannah Gymnasium.
Lauren Sturm tied a season high with a score of 9.825 in the tumbling open pass for the Bears (5-0). Baylor scored a 9.25 or higher in each heat of the acro, pyramid and toss events. The Bears won five of six events in all, tying in pyramid.
Baylor returns to action next Monday at home against Fairmont State.
