Baylor women's golf opens 2010-11 in Colorado
The Baylor women’s golf team opens its nine-tournament 2010-2011 season with the Ptarmigan Ram Fall Classic on Sept. 13-14 in Fort Collins, Colo., Baylor coach Sylvia Ferdon announced Thursday.
The schedule includes just two Texas tournaments, the latter of which is the annual Baylor Spring Invitational at Twin Rivers in April, the last tournament before the Big 12 championships.
Baylor won the individual and team titles at last season’s Spring Invitational. This season marks the third year of the event.
Baylor kicks off its five-tournament spring slate Feb. 13 with the UCF Challenge in Sorrento, Fla.
