Paula J. Williams, 80, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017, after a short battle with cancer.
Paula Jo Loving was born in Pampa, Texas, Nov. 16, 1936, to Bud and Evelyn Loving and was raised in Colorado City, TX. She attended nursing school and became an LVN. She eventually moved to Boulder City, NV, where she worked and raised a family. In 1996, she and her husband moved to Waco, to be closer to her family. She and her husband were active members of Saint Jerome Catholic Church.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Charles G. Williams, in 2013.
She is survived by her son, Charles A. Williams and wife, Barbara, of Hewitt; daughter, JoRene Gardner of Waco, and her daughter, Stacy Miller, of Waco; four grandchildren, Charles H. Williams of Plano, Patrick Williams of Hewitt, Emily Baer of Boulder City, NV, and Chance Lang of Big Spring, TX. She also has one great-grandson, Tyler Stroh of Boulder City, NV. Paula is also survived by her brother, Allen Ray Loving and wife, Teresa, of Colorado City, TX.
The viewing will be at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 2, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, with the Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Hewitt.
