A Waco man was arrested Monday, accused of sexually assaulting a girl as a condition of her being allowed to "go anywhere or do anything" she wanted to, court documents state.

Lonnie Ray Gray, 55, was arrested on a first-degree felony charge of sexual assault of a child after a Child Protective Services referral to Waco police earlier this month. The girl, who is now 16, told an adult Gray had abused her since she was 12 years old, according to a search warrant filed Monday.

"Anytime she wanted to go anywhere or do anything, the suspect would not let her go unless she let him touch her. … The victim stated the most recent occurrence was two weeks ago, on or about, when she asked the suspect if she could go to vacation Bible school," according to the warrant.

The girl also reported Gray forced her to sexually touch him, the warrant states.

Gray was arrested Monday and taken to McLennan County Jail, where remained Tuesday with bond listed at $250,000.
