Waco police are seeking help finding a possible abduction victim and two other people who may be involved, according to a press release from Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton.
Police believe Gabrielle Rivera was picked up by her cousin, Josephine Monrial, under false pretenses and is now being held against her will, according to the press release. Police are also seeking information about the whereabouts or Richard Steen, who Swanton said may be involved in the abduction. Several other males may be with them, Swanton said.
Anyone who spots Rivera, Monrial or Steen or has other information about them should call 911 immediately and should not approach any of them.
Officers determined Rivera was abducted after they responded to a call near the 1100 block of North Sixth Street, Swanton said.
It is believed she was initially picked up in a silver or grey Pontiac four-door sedan with black trim, but the suspects may be switching vehicles, he said. It is possible the group is in the Marlin area, Swanton said.
