Police are investigating a robbery in East Waco after two men robbed a store at gunpoint late Sunday night, Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.

Officers were called to Dan's Food Mart, 504 Faulkner Lane, after two masked men robbed the business sometime after 9 p.m., Swanton said. One suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the clerk.

The second suspect was reportedly acting as a "lookout" before both men left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Swanton described the first suspect as a man with a medium build, standing about 6 feet tall, wearing a hoodie with a bandana over his face. The second suspect was shorter than the first and also had a bandana over his face.

Police continued to investigating the robbery Monday and no arrests had been made by Monday afternoon.
