When Hillsboro firefighters sprayed water down on children from their ladder truck at the city’s National Night Out celebration, the sunlight refracted by the water droplets created this rainbow. This photograph by Sheri Hemrick captured the children playing in the spray and one child who appears to be staring into the rainbow.
