* Tony Lee Rhone, 23, Waco, possession controlled substance, cocaine.
* Joey Ryan Holder, 25, Waco, possession of marijuana more than four ounces, less than five pounds.
* John Jung Lee, 39, Waco, possession controlled substance, cocaine.
* Jacob Willett, 22, Waco, possession controlled substance, methadone.
* Michael Cervantez Jr., 32, Waco, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance, methamphetamine habitual.
* Christy Elise Hopkins, 49, Hewitt, possession controlled substance, methamphetamine habitual.
* Jeremy Degrate, 26, address unknown, attempted murder with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault family violence with a deadly weapon.
* Paige Palmer, 19, address unknown, vehicle involved in accident/failure to stop render aid.
* Adarius Davis, 19, address unknown, evading arrest/detention with previous conviction.
* Bennie Sanders, 47, address unknown, aggravated assault.
* Cherica Carroll, 28, address unknown, two counts abandoning a child.
* Ronald Lee Haynes, 49, address unknown, theft less than $1,500 with two prior convictions.
* Derrick Demond Nicholes, 29, Waco, capital murder, murder.
* Corey Lynn Davis, 21, Waco, fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
* Donald Ray Wilson, 29, Waco, burglary of habitation.
* Howard Lewis McCarty, 61, Waco, burglary of habitation.
* John Mark Engelke, 48, address unknown, arson.
* Jessica Nicole Tolliver, 20, Waco, injury to a child by omission.
* Leah Concepcion Fairchild, 25, Gurley Ala., possession of marijuana more than four ounces, less than five pounds.
* Laura Elizabeth Noble, 22, Grand Prairie, credit card abuse.
* Elroy Bell, age and address unknown, aggravated robbery.
* Julian Aguirre, age and address unknown, abandoning a child.
* Jose Mario Martinez, age and address unknown, abandoning a child.
