A Waco man has been charged with indecency with a child after a July incident in which police say he fondled a young boy.
John Kasik, 28, was arrested Thursday. Police opened an investigation after the boy told his mother about the July 17 incident.
Kasik told a detective that he had “battled with his sexuality for years,” according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
He posted $50,000 bond Friday, a McLennan County Jail spokeswoman said.
