OK people ... don't be scared and be hating! History(past & Present) knows that the Mexicans were here first, still here & will probably still be here when everyone else is out. Scary huh? All you have to do is look around you anywhere you go. Is this what scares you? They are everywhere, and the numbers are increasing. Taking over again, without taking a shot. I fully understand your fears as your comments indicate. Be at peace Bro/Sis, nothing you can do to change matters anyway. Learn to love them(and all other races), and you will be at peace.... & smile. Life will be better for you.

Who was here first? LOL So, there's a surprise. Oh, speaking of history, please see FACTS below...but then, if you'd paid attention in Texas History class, you would know this already.

The Battle of San Jacinto, fought on April 21, 1836, in present-day Harris County, Texas, was the decisive battle of the Texas Revolution. Led by General Sam Houston, the Texas Army engaged and defeated General Antonio Lępez de Santa Anna's (Imagine very few even KNOW who this was!) Mexican forces in a fight that lasted just eighteen minutes. About 700 of the Mexican soldiers were killed and 730 captured, while only nine Texans died. [2]

Santa Anna, the President of Mexico, was captured the following day and held as a prisoner of war. Three weeks later, he signed the peace treaties that dictated that the Mexican army leave the region, paving the way for the Republic of Texas to become an independent country.

This is, and has been for quite some time, the State of Texas. For those who have issues with that, get over it.

Null, could you please learn how to write a frigging sentence that makes sense? Instead of worrying yourself about who is Mexican, Black, White, legal, or illegal, learn how to write proper English. Then come back and spew your crap.

RE: Bobby
I have to agree with him. You just can't make a living in Waco anymore. We had to get out of there! Yes, we moved to a bigger town that has bigger crime numbers (that's a given), but at least we are making it - legally. Waco is smaller, yet still has a lot of crime for a town it's size (yes, I do my research). I still have family that live there. I grew up there. Still, it has lost it's touch with that "going home feeling" for me. I would love to move my entire family out of there, but no luck.

RE:Null
You read about these young adults getting into trouble...doesn't matter what race they are, NULL.
It all starts from the up-bringing at home. NO, you cannot blame being a single parent home, or parents working all the time, or being left at home a lot, not finishing school. Those are all excuses. If you raise a child right with manners and respect, it will show. If you don't, that will show, too. Kids (young adults) getting in trouble these days did not benefit from good up-bringing. The cycle has to stop somewhere people. Haven't you all got tired of it yet? What's it going to take?

Ignorance is bliss...

This is to Ashley:
Maybe you need to read your history, this is Texas---the Mexicans were here first. Texas was Mexico before it was Texas!

To anyone else debating the Hispanic names on the list:
I would imagine there are lot of Hispanic last names on the list because of where we live, NOT because Hispanic's committ the most crimes. If you saw a list like this in Idaho, I would imagine it would be mostly White people.
