The document is unclear as to whether the lien was placed on her private property or otherwise.
It states Mills didn’t pay income taxes for the period ending Dec. 31, 2005.
Mills, 67, is due to appear at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing in 54th State District Court before Judge Matt Johnson.

You gotta be kidding me! Why didn't she just cleverly write the IRS a check from the Downtown Waco Inc account?
This doofus never ceases to amaze me!

Hasn't someone explained to the IRS that she is a well-connected and prominent member of Waco Society? What is this world coming to? The next thing you know, the banking regulators will presume to get involved. Those petty bureaucrats from the IRS and other outsiders just don't know how things are done here in Waco. They will NEVER be included in the Junior League Charity Ball or Cotton Palace.
