IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

THE GRAND JURY, for the County of McLennan, State of Texas, duly selected, empaneled, sworn, charged, and organized as such at the November-December Term, A.D., 2007, of the 54th District Court for said County, upon their oaths present in and to said Court at said term that MARGARET S. MILLS, hereinafter styled Defendant, before the presentment of this indictment, in the County and State aforesaid, did then and there, with intent to deprive the owner of property, namely money, unlawfully appropriate said property from the owner by acquiring or otherwise exercising control over it in the following instances:

  • 1. On or about April 23, 2003 defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to "Margaret Mills", signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,816.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 2. On or about May 12, 2003 defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to "Margaret Mills", signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,838.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 3. On or about May 15, 2003 defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to "FNBCT", signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $5,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 4. On or about June 3,2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,559.78 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 5. On or about June 19, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,123.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 6. On or about June 20, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $888.81 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 7. On or about July 9, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,022.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 8. On or about July 22, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,022.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 9. On or about August 1, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,621.11 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 10. On or about August 6, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $750.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 11. On or about August 6, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,566.33 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 12. On or about September 4, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,110.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 13. On or about September 15,2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,221.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 14. On or about September 23, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $4,821.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 15. On or about September 30, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,500,00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Scott Felton, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 16. On or about October 9, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,821.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 17. On or about October 17, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'M. Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,011.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 18. On or about October 28, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,130.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 19. On or about November 5, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,122.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 20. On or about November 13, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First Nat'1 B of CT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,766.22 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 21. On or about December 9, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,027.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 22. On or about December 23, 2003, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT*, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 23. On or about January 20, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,124.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 24. On or about February 2, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First Nat'1 Bank of CTX', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,715.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 25. On or about February 18, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,204.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 26. On or about March 1, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First National Bank of Central Tx', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,811.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 27. On or about March 5, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,500.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 28. On or about March 9, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $4,400.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 29. On or about March 17, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $845.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 30. On or about March 22, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,971.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 31. On or about March 31, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,750.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 32. On or about April 5, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First Nat'1 Bank of CTX', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,130.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 33. On or about April 12, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,500.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 34. On or about April 14, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First National Bank of CTx', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $4,189 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 35. On or about April 21, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First Nat'1 Bank of CTx', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,674 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 36. On or about May 4, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,439.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 37. On or about May 14, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,641.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 38. On or about June 3, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,627.21 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 39. On or about June 7, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'First National Bank of Central Tx', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $650.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 40. On or about June 17, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 41. On or about June 30, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,611.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 42. On or about July 2, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,132.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 43. On or about July 6, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,^67.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 44. On or about July 19, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,320.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 45. On or about August 4, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $ 1,011.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 46. On or about August 13, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 47. On or about August 31, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,136.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 48. On or about September 3, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,322.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 49. On or about September 15, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,481.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 50. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,044.22 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 51. On or about September 30, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,753.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 52. On or about October 4, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'M. Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,020.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 53. On or about October 7, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'M. Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $771.75 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 54. On or about October 8, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $10,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 55. On or about October 15,2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,311.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 56. On or about October 28, 2004, defendant, Margaret S.   • 57. On or about November 8, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $5,044.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 58. On or about November 13, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $907.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 59. On or about December 1, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,068.65 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 60. On or about December 10,2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 61. On or about December 17, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,125.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 62. On or about December 23, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,556.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 63. On or about December 30, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,721.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 64. On or about December 31, 2004, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of the Waco Tribune-Herald Newspaper, made payable to 'Downtown Waco Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Michael Vivio, Publisher of said newspaper, and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 65. On or about January 7, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 66. On or about February 3, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,521.20 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 67. On or about February 7, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $813.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 68. On or about February 14, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxxx drawn on the account of McLennan Community College, made payable to 'Downtown Waco Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Johnette McKown, Executive Vice President of said College, and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 69. On or about February 24, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $750.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 70. On or about February 28, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 71. On or about March 3, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 72. On or about March 11, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'PIM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,122.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 73. On or about April 1, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxx drawn on the account of Kelly Realtors, made payable to 'Downtown Waco, Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,010.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Stewart R. Kelly, President of Kelly Realtors, and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 74. On or about April 21, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Coke Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $501.60 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 75. On or about May 2, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,320.74 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 76. On or about May 13, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Bank of America', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,600.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 77. On or about May 27, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,120.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 78. On or about May 31, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 79. On or about June 6, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,521.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 80. On or about June 13, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,800.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 81. On or about June 17, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 82. On or about July 12, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,133.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 83. On or about July 18, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,400.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 84. On or about July 22,2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,220.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 85. On or about August 1, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,200.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 86. On or about August 31, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,725.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 87. On or about September 6, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,800.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 88. On or about September 9, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $962.40 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 89. On or about September 24, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,024.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 90. On or about September 16, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,801.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 91. On or about September 21, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable in blank and no payee being named, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,801 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 92. On or about October 5, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,001.79 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 93. On or about October 19, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable in blank and no payee being named, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,218.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 94. On or about November 7, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,611.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 95. On or about November 21, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 96. On or about November 30, 2005, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,500.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 97. On or about January 4, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,500.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 98. On or about January 11, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Coke Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 99. On or about February 3, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into the personal account Richard Coke Mills, III, at the Bank of America check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,501.77 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 100. On or about February 13, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,179.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 101. On or about February 13, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $906.10 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 102. On or about February 23, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'FNBCT', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,371.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 103. On or about March 3, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,122.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 104. On or about March 6, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $ 1,211.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 105. On or about March 6, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Rivercity Corp., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $709.95 from and without the effective consent of the owner. Mark Boyd, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 106. On or about March 10, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Margaret Mills', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,010.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 107. On or about March 14, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'MSM', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,500.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 108. On or about March 16, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable in blank and no payee being named, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,562.75 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 109. On or about March 27, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable in blank and no payee being named, signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Bank of America account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,561.61 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 110. On or about May 2, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx made payable to 'Downtown Waco Inc', signed by Margaret S. Mills, and drawn on the Wells Fargo Bank account of Downtown Waco, Inc., account #xxxxxxxxxx, thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,300.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of said corporation; and

  • 111. On or about May 5, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of Waco Independent School District, made payable to 'Downtown Waco, Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Sheryl Davis, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Support Services for the Waco Independent School District, and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 112. On or about June 6, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of Baylor University, made payable to 'Downtown Waco, Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $3,000.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Brenda Kirkpatrick, Director of Accounts Payable for Baylor University, and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 113. On or about June 20, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of Ben E. Keith Company, made payable to 'Downtown Waco, Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $550.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Kevin Bartholomew, President of the Ben E.   • 114. On or about June 29, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxx drawn on the account of Security Bancshares Service Corporation, made payable to 'Downtown Waco Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $550.00 from and without the effective consent of the owners, David W. Mann or Cathy Davis, and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 115. On or about July 21, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of Dealers Electrical Supply Company, made payable to 'Downtown Waco, Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $1,550.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Christopher Lanham, Vice President/Administration for Dealers Electrical Supply Company, and without the effective consent of the owner, Pat Millar, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.; and

  • 116. On or about July 28, 2006, defendant, Margaret S. Mills, deposited into her personal account at the First National Bank of Central Texas check #xxxxxx drawn on the account of Waco Independent School District, made payable to 'Downtown Waco Inc', thereby unlawfully appropriating $2,031.00 from and without the effective consent of the owner, Sheryl Davis, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Support Services for the Waco Independent School District, and without the effective consent of the owner. Pat Millar, treasurer of Downtown Waco, Inc.'

And it is further presented in and to said Court that all of the said amounts were obtained pursuant to one scheme or continuing course of conduct, and the aggregate value of the property obtained was two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) or more,
