The Los Angeles-area prosecuting attorney had heard, read and indicated he clearly understood the evidence: They had the wrong man.

- 11-02-08 Ted Nugent: America needs real change, not Obama's fantasy drivel

Though the poor soul's last name was similar, the plaintiff testified he was not the father of her child. The blood DNA was determined to not be a match. The two had never met according to both of them.
The lead legal boss knew all this, yet when questioned, this is what the soulless puke said, looking squarely into the television camera:
"We realize there are some inconsistencies in this case, and the system has some flaws, but we must follow through and collect this back child support."
The TV interviewer, aghast, asked again, "Why would you hold a proven innocent man responsible for a crime that all your evidence exonerates him on all levels?"
The attorney repeated his zombie foolishness and insisted that the wrong man's wages must continue to be garnished.
The outrageous payments stolen from this innocent man, like everything else in so many bizarro cases, represent by no means anything resembling the cost of "supporting a child."
That it wasn't even his child, any amount would be illegal and corrupt. But amongst the brain-dead cult of the joke of the court legal whores, none of this mattered.
Not a single one of the judges, prosecutors or lawyers did a damned thing for this poor victim of a laughingstock of a "justice system."
I expected Hitler in a clown suit to step out and take credit for the whole joke. But no luck. Shame on them. Shame on us.
I hope all the legal-system punks reading this article who are guilty of this sort of insanity, wherever it takes place, feel real guilty, as you are lower than the dope- smoking scum hippies who gag in their own vomit.
You've let heartless, soulless abuse of obvious innocents go unchecked without lifting a toxic finger to do the right thing.
A prime indicator of America going down the drain can be found in courthouses across this country, where judges, prosecutors and herds of unethical lawyers stampede their anti-justice and illogic against good citizens and constitutional rights.
America's court system, in all too many instances, has about as much to do with justice as Charles Manson has to do with babysitting. The whole thing is going down the toilet fast.
Let's see if I have this right: A New York "judge," who, based on his actions, should be caged in a nuthouse, allowed another "judge" to sue a family-run dry cleaners for $54 million for mishandling his favorite pants. You heard that right.
Laughing, smiling reporters tell it like it's a funny story, no problem.
But the Korean family's dry cleaners has gone broke trying to keep up with the corrupt, wasteful, illogical, moronic court monkeys. Everybody thinks it's funny. No officials lift a hand to demand sense, logic or fair play here. God help us all.
These are high-positioned bottom feeders in our communities, my friends.
I pray there are some judges, prosecutors and lawyers who still have hearts and souls, ethics and morals, because there is a desperate need for some in-house cleaning and upgrade when this sort of nasty abuse goes unchecked by their own. (Does Michael Nifong ring any bells?)
The courts of America are supposed to be manned by professionals who show common sense, ethics, logic and a reasonable understanding of justice and the law.
We the people had better get our whistles out and send the punks packing before they ruin everything.
Ted Nugent is a Waco-based musician and television-show host.

"When you talk about the man forced to pay child support after a DNA test proved the child was not his, I must say BULL####. No court in this land can make a person pay for a child they did not father. I can't believe you fell for this line of crap. "
You might want to go back and do your homework one more time.
In Calif. You are considered the father of any child that your wife gives birth to while you are married to her. If she cheats on you and gets pregnant delivers child brings child home and you raise it as your own (unaware of the fact its not yours) the court finds you are the father and was raising child as such no matter who actually fathered the child. If you think I am wrong. You better have a BIG bank book to pay child support, attorneys fees and more attorneys fees to find out you will still be paying child support. Is this fair ? NO. Does it happen? All the time. Is it through fraud on the wifes part? Absolutely Are you still responsible for child support? You betcha

Hey Barrow - I'll tell you who the scumbag is, it's someone who admits to urinating and defecating in his jockeys for an entire week (Detroit Free Press July 15, 1990)to avoid serving his country. Ya got yourself quite a hero there buddy. For all his proseletyzing about the Constitution, freedom of speech and right to bear arms what did he do to defend it? The only thing that he machined gunned was his cowardly jockeys with his fecal and urine. It's great isn't it Barrow that those coming home in flag draped coffins today are the real guarantors of the rights that your hero Turd Nugget brags about. Thank God we have real warriors in our country that aren't afraid to die for them unlike your fecal bag hero. We got women dying for our rights in the Middle East with bigger cajones than this yellow-belly. We Vietnam veterans want to see this spineless pune tang tell the American people what his favorite color is - YELLOW - right BUTT NUGGET??

Another sad example of the abuse heaped upon the American people by the soulless bureaucracy we refer to as a justice system. Rather than limiting our outrage to commenting on newspaper stories, we need to keep a more mindful eye on our legislators and executives who allow this to happen, and give them the boot, regardless of party lines.
Lady justice has long ago been raped and abandoned.

Of course Ted is correct, and this kind of fringe insanity happens every single day in America - but the fact of the matter is that these absolute morons possess power only because absolute morons put them there. The bottom line is this: Americans either vote these idiots in as judges, prosecutors, etc., or they vote in the intellectual, moral vacants that appoint these morons - and Americans seem to like it that way because they refuse to vote them out. Our government, judiciary and all elected & appointed officials are only a reflection of who we have become. Look at the current presidential candidate field, for example. There isn't a balanced mind among the leaders. Anyone with good ideas - anyone that is willing and able to clearly, profoundly and honestly articulate their philosophy is promtly disregarded as out of touch. And for good reason - they are out of touch. Average Americans prefer sexy sound bites mixed in with our fix of "reality" shows, American Idol, and pardon me for saying it - Rock-n-Roll. We don't want to think, or make hard, moral choices. It's time we face that fact and stop trying to shift the blame. The fault is squarely ours. Period. We have exactly what we deserve, and it aint going to change anytime soon.

TO RAVEN, what the hell are you talking about??!! you dont have a clue as to what your talking about. i havent missed a payment in 14 years. i do everything i am supposed to do with my kids. i have raised 4. the oldest is in the marines and 20 years old. when my support was set, i had a very high paying job, THAT I CHOOSE TO LEAVE, {never been fired} moved to texas and took a lower paying job. i only pay child support on 2 kids, {the other 2 are step children, their dad is a deadbeat}.. one BEING 20 yrs old to the tune of 850.00 a month. can you afford to do it? i didnt think so. so before you make stupid *** and snide comments about something or someone you know nothing about, think next time. im well respected on my job and in my community. so your assumption im a deadbeat or a prick, well is wrong.

To Jeff Payton:
If you would have kept your pencil in your pocket and done things the right way, you might not be having these problems now with child support. Yet, you failed to exercise good judgement with your lack of responsibilities. So quit blaming someone else. You got nobody to blame but yourself.
To Jim Barrow:
And you dont think you are not hiding behind a keyboard also with your comments? You dont like what comments you read, turn your pc off. That simple, savy, white trash?
To jkc:
I doubt very serious if you know what really offends people. Maybe you should leave Waco and you wont feel so offended at the comments you read.

Ted, Ted, I have seen you play on several occasions in my life, and I think you are a superb musician. i have been amazed at the sounds you can get out of an electric guitar. But, you need to stop running down all those " dope smoking losers", as they have often filled the concert halls you were playing at. I guess you didn't mind them as much when they were putting thousands and thousands of dollars in you pockets. When you talk about the man forced to pay child support after a DNA test proved the child was not his, I must say BULL####. No court in this land can make a person pay for a child they did not father. I can't believe you fell for this line of crap. As for the dry cleaner sued for millions of dollars for a pair of pants, that case was thrown out of court for being totally rediculous. Frivilous, yes. Petty, definately. But, the freedom we have in this country allows even fools to file lawsuits. And, as for the way you feel about attorneys, if you found yourself in court, you might prove the adage that " the man that defends himself in court has a fool for a lawyer". Actually, I think you're probably one of those that hate attorneys until they need one. Try wearing just one face. It would be good for your reputation.

So Ted is opinionated, what offends you? Is it because he is opinionated and rich? In Waco it is usually just the latter. Who are you to tell him to leave Waco? He is at least not a racist bigot which seems to prolific in this area.
I do not agree with everything Ted says but I agree with his freedom to voice his opinion. If you try to take his rights, one day someone will try to take yours. In this society only those with a lot of money can buy justice. I like the fact that with Tedıs money he can buy a chance at democracy for the rest of us. He is right in this instance and that has nothing to do with an illegitimate child. What if someone were to dig around in your closet??
In Waco just this month, two killers who should have been dead a long time ago are still enjoying their ırightsı while their victims had no justice. I knew Billy Wayne Coble and his victims and Thomas Graves took the life of my former co-worker and friend, Wade Pryor. I saw first hand the effect that Coble had upon his victims especially the children. Wade Pryor was more than decent person. He was one of the most compassionate and kind individuals I have ever met. Where are their ırightsı??? I like Iranıs appeals system for murderers and those who prey on children, it is 24 hours. If there were such a system in the U.S. it might scare some people straight. Oh Yeah, and donıt start telling me about Iran and its justice system. I am just pointing out that the USA needs some toughness instead of silly la laıs like the freak judge of Anna Nicoleıs case who cried on national television. :) Please.

And for every man paying child support for a kid that's not his, we have 100,000 deadbeat dads who have to be hounded by the court to get a cent for their rightful offspring. If I recall, Ted Nugent was one of those "fathers", or should I say "donors".
How in the world can a man who has never seen his 10 year old son, a product of backstage infidelity, preach to us about what's wrong with the "system".
Well said
