Waco easing some proposed garbage rule changes

The Waco City Council held off Tuesday on a proposal to tighten regulations on when and where residents can dispose of their garbage. The city staff asked for more time to tweak proposed amendments to Waco's solid waste ordinance, after staff and council heard concerns from the public that the rules would be too strict.
