William Davis, a sophomore at Midway High School and member of Troop 377 in Woodway, has attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
He was recognized in a Court of Honor ceremony on Dec. 19.
William has been a member of Troop 377 since 2013. He served the troop as senior patrol leader, patrol leader and troop historian.He is the son of Amy and Mike Davis.
William’s Eagle project was building and installing a pergola and a picnic table at the Animal Birth Control Clinic.
He has attended Philmont Scout Ranch and Florida Seabase, and will complete the Triple Crown this summer when he canoes the boundary waters at Northern Tier. William has also participated in backpacking at Tahosa Scout Ranch and served as crew leader at BSA Swamp Base in the Atchafalaya Swamp of Louisiana.
