Waco native Jarrod Dickenson, who now hails from Brooklyn, New York, will perform Thursday night at Dichotomy Coffee and Spirits from 8 to 10 p.m.

Dickenson has toured Europe extensively over the past several years playing his brand of soulful Americana, including his album “The Lonesome Traveler” and subsequent EP “Songs from Willow St.”

Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door.

Free legal clinic

Greater Waco Legal Services’ First Monday Advice Clinic is Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the Dewey Community Center, 925 N. Ninth St.

GWLS will provide free 20- to 30-minute consultations on a first-come, first-served basis through 8 p.m.

BU Singing Seniors

The Baylor Singing Seniors, conducted by Phillip Sitton, will present their holiday concert, “God’s Gifts for All Seasons,” Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Hewitt First Baptist Church, 301 S. First St.

The choir will perform music by Martin Shaw, Allen Pote, Joseph Martin, Cindy Berry and more. A medley of Christmas favorites will be performed, along with standards like “Victory in Jesus,” and “White Christmas.”

The choir will be accompanied by Van Chaney and Sandy Nolan, piano; Walter Raynaud, percussion; Greg Wallace, trumpet; and Walter Raynaud, percussion.

The concert is free. However, a free-will donation will be collected.
