St. Mary’s Church of the Assumption, 2547 Jerry Mashek Drive in West, will host its feast day festival at the Knights of Columbus grounds Sunday.

The festival starts at 11 a.m. and features a home-cooked meal for $10. Food choices include fried chicken, baked chicken and sausage dinners.

There will be playground equipment, water games, horseshoes, a silent auction and bingo. The auction starts at noon.

Block party

Iglehart Chapel, 720 Clifton St. in Waco, is hosting a community block party as part of its Sunday services. It will feature water slides, food, school supplies, a cake walk and live entertainment. Everything is free. Services start at 10:30 a.m.

Interfaith Festival

The Greater Waco Interfaith Conference Festival of Faiths will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 9820 Chapel Road.

Faith groups, including Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Unitarian Universalist and the Baha’i Faith, will present songs, readings, chants and samples of foods from various faith traditions. Information tables on each faith will be set up to answer questions.
