A citywide outdoor prayer rally will be 3 p.m. Sunday at 11th Street and Washington Avenue.

The rally, which will be broadcast live by KBBW 1010-AM, is planned as an effort to impact the standoff between federal agents and Branch Davidian leader Vernon Howell, also known as David Koresh.
