Slice of life

"Good ending comment about why a man with a wife and three kids who works hard still can't afford to live here in America! A good portrayal about a loser guy that might be more true to life than most people think."

"A decent cast in a movie more painful than real elections."

Great Laughs & Thought Provoking

"Great movie for good laughs and making one think about the political process. Portrays an average "Joe" not a blue collar worker (however they are also suffering at this time to pay their bills). Makes one think about the choice that is before us. A must see as far as I am concerned to open some eyes. Make an informed decision on fact not media rhetoric. "

Pretty Good/Language

"Good points and bad points. Resonates with the Pres. campaign now and in 2000(chads). A young girl takes care of her somewhat irresponsible Dad. "GD" used many times flauntingly. She corrects him about the word and what the Savior did for all of us. Yes! Costner shows good acting towards the end in a good speach. I'd give it 2 1/2 Stars. "
