"Well, this is a completely safe and funny film for the family. Not a lot of jokes with hidden adult themes (which is okay, but not missed). Just plain slapstick (like princes running full speed into trees, and redneck dwarfs in camoflage shooting diamonds at witches on motorcycle styled brooms). Our four year old twins were kicking and laughing the whole way through. The plot is easy to follow, and happy endings do follow, for the "good guys" that is. "

"Believe me, I'm no action movie junkie but I do like animated movies, cartoons and the like - even the ones for little kids. I went to see this one with another of my kind and we couldn't believe how boring it was! It has to be the most boring, story-less animated movie I have ever seen in my life. So if you want to put your kids to sleep or punish them with a bad movie - here you go."
