(CST), Tuesday, April 03, 2018. A MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting for this project will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. (CST) in the City of Waco Purchasing Conference Room, 1415 N. 4th St., Waco, Texas, 76707.
