Jennifer Anne Husak and Paul Thomas Zachariah Scrivner were united in marriage at 5 o'clock in the evening on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at First Baptist Church Waco. The Reverend Dan Husak officiated the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Phoenix Ballroom. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents, Randy and Judith Scrivner at Baron's on the 5th.
Jennifer is the daughter of John and Suellen Husak of Robinson, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Gary and Susan Loth, also of Robinson, and John and Jane Husak, of Haughton, Louisiana. Jennifer is a graduate of Baylor University. She is employed with Waco Police Department as a Crime Scene Technician.
Paul is the son of of Randy and Judith Scrivner of Woodway. He the the grandson of Ruth Clark of Waco and the late Jim F. Clark, and the late Jim and Jan Scrivner. Paul is a graduate of the Waco Police Academy and is also employed with the Waco Police Department.
The bride was presented in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. Matron of honor was sister of the groom, Katherine Mayo of Waco. Bridesmaids were sister of the bride, Katie Husak of Dallas, and Ashley Roy, Angie McAllister, and MacKenzy Rogers, all of Waco. House party attendants were cousins of the bride, Chrissa Loth and Courtney Loth, of McKinney.
Best man was brother of the groom, Robert Scrivner, of Woodway. Groomsmen were Kevin Green, Eric Tomlinson, TJ Green, and Luke Brisco, all of Waco. Ushers were Christian Loth of McKinney, and Jackson Jinks of Shreveport, Louisiana.
After a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will make their home in Hewitt.
