My 16th Birthday Celebration

Halee Myshell Wise celebrated her 16th Birthday with a party at Waco Convention Center, December 16, 2016 with family and friends. Halee is a 10th grade A-B honor roll student at Waco High School. Activities include: Volleyball team, Choir, LEAD Program and Youth Advisory Council. As a Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church member she sings in the choir and serves as an usher. This summer she was a student leader with the Freedom School Program.
Halee's comments: "My grandfather started me a bank account at age 10 with nickels and dimes from weekly allowances and small jobs. I intend to keep working to save money and to earn scholarships for college - Baylor University, hopefully." Paw Paw says success is a matter of "Christian living, good attitude and hard work." He also says: 'Do the thing that ought to be done at the time it ought to be done whether you want to do it or not - Just do it!' His other favorite quote is: 'Good, better, best; never let it rest until your good is better and your better is best.' These have become my goals."
"Thanks to all my family members and friends who helped to celebrate this special occasion in my life. A special thanks to Paw Paw Noah and Ruth Jackson.
