Quality Inn & Suites Waco wins Platinum Award

By Mike Copeland

Quality Inn & Suites Waco received a Platinum Hospitality Award from Choice Hotels International, which has more than 4,800 franchised properties in the United States.

The award means Quality Inn & Suites is among the top 3 percent of properties operating under the Quality flag. The hotel has demonstrated an exceptional focus on guest satisfaction and dedication to providing superior service, the company said.

Additional award criteria are evaluated by Choice Hotels through its official property ranking reports.

Quality Inn & Suites, 2410 S. New Road, also was one of three nominees for "Inn of the Year" out of 922 properties.

It received "Inn of the Year" in 2010, was runner-up in 2011, and has high hopes for 2012 when the results are unveiled at the Choice Hotels National Convention in May in Las Vegas.
