Eskew is MCC-bound

China Spring senior Dustin Eskew has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for McLennan Community College next year.
Eskew hit .441 with three home runs, 18 RBIs and 11 stolen bases this season for the Cougars, while registering a 6-2 record with a 1.75 ERA on the mound.
He was the Tribune-Herald’s Super Centex Offensive Player of the Year in football last fall as well, throwing for 3,334 yards and 32 touchdowns in guiding China Spring to the 3A Division II state championship game.
