Spares & Strikes
Steven King and David Light are rolling right up your alley with their blog on Waco's bowling scene.
David (high game 300 — perfect!) has been bowling since 1960 and Steven (high game 289 — almost perfect!) is a relative newcomer to the sport, taking it up in 2000. The two Waco natives are members of the Greater Waco United States Bowling Congress.

By David Light
| Monday, October 20, 2008, 02:16 PM
This last weekend some 17 teams from Waco ascended on Austin for the State Mixed Tournament. A lot of fun was had by all with several Wacoans scoring in the top ten in several divisions. The parties were great the bowling was fun. I am looking for any comments or stories about this weekend, feel free to tell us all about it…Heck I even won the 50/50 raffle ($136) at Dart…Julia Halve won the 50/50 at Westgate. Several folks won big money in brackets..Look like a good time was had by all….Again let me hear from you on what you liked or did not like..Who won money who did not..who partied hardy, and so on….
Let’s have some fun……
