Dogtopia Opens for Business!

Waco is so modern! Dogtopia is now open for business and they are doing quite a business! I went to their ceremonial ribbon cutting last night for the Chamber of Commerce and they had quite a crowd! The place is great and the dogs are all so happy! Dogtopia is a doggy day care and spa, yes a doggie daycare and spa. They will keep your doggie children for you during the day and your dog can play and run and swim and jump! It is quite fun for everyone. They also offer spa services such as massage, and baths, nails, you know all the regular dog stuff! Tracy Duloc is going to be there Wednesdays offering massages and Sandy Wittliff and Pat Turnage are offering training classes. There is a do-it-yourself grooming tub, however they have a full service grooming salon. When you drop you four-legged friends off you can watch them via tv monitor and shop in the boutique! Don’t forget to get your pet’s portrait painted…(that’s where I come in!)

It really is a great space and a lot of hard work went into making it happen. It is in the shopping mall near the new Target so check it out! Say hi to Amy and Kim while you’re there. Congratulations Ladies!

Try massages, baths, and nails for this group. Only in Waco. 300+ feral cats around Lions Park, check out the dumpsters behind restarants and you will find hundreds more feral cats. Thousands of dogs running loose throughout the city. I even heard a story where a tire shop owner turned out loose dogs behind his business and feeds them every now and then to keep them around. The purpose? To keep the prostitutes and drug dealers from doing business behind his building. Crazy enough as it sounds its working.

A moron who doesn’t even live here derails a blog thread about dogs with his pseudo-concern about inner-city problems? Only in Waco.

You my idiot friend have the problem, I’m free, youre still there. Only canines I have to worry about out in the country are the coyotes. Sometimes I join them in howling. Wait! is that the call of Fred in the distance? Yes! Fred is on top of the Alico building answering my coyote call.

How did obnoxious Fred get on this Blog? I(Fred) love dogs. Dog spelled backwards is….God. That’s got to mean something right? However; Fred is stuck in a household with two Cats (my wife’s cats). Fred can’t win. You see; those cats loath obnoxious Fred too. I do believe that the average Cat has twice the original sin as the average Dog.
